Work record for teamers: log working hours from the profile login 20.05.2026
For operators, team leaders, counselors
Many tour operators have long asked their teamers to write down start, end and pause times somewhere — on paper, in shared sheets, in chat. With the new work record in the counselor profile login, that workflow finally moves into Bookacamp itself. Teamers log every working day from the same login they already use for their photo uploads and placement confirmations, and the office sees the resulting hours directly on the teamer detail page in the backoffice.
What the teamer enters
One record per day: date, start time, end time, pause in minutes, an optional session the work belongs to and a free-text note. The system computes the worked hours server-side from start, end and pause and stores them next to the entry — so the same number shows up on every screen and in the PDF without any client-side math.
Leaders can manage their team
A counselor whose skill assignment for a session is marked as leading gets an extra "Team work record" page. From there they pick one of the sessions they lead, see every teamer placed in that session and can add, edit or delete work records for any of them — useful when a teamer forgot to log a day or when the leader does the daily wrap-up for the whole team. The leader role is checked on every save against the current placements, so trust does not depend on a client flag.
Summary on placements and in the backoffice
The existing "Historical work protocol" panel on the teamer's placements page gets a sister card "Work record summary", showing per year the number of records, distinct days worked and total hours. The exact same summary also appears on the backoffice teamer details page next to the existing worked-protocol card — driven by a shared snippet, so the numbers stay identical between the counselor's own view and the office view.
A4 portrait PDF with logo and signature area
From both sides — backoffice and profile login — a button generates an A4 portrait PDF with the tour operator's logo in the header, a table of every recorded work day, a totals row and a signature block for the teamer and the supervisor. The PDF is the artefact you hand over for reimbursement, audits or simply for the teamer's own records.
Activated by access right, opt-in per teamer
The feature is gated by a new access restriction Access to work record. Existing teamer logins do not get it automatically; you enable it in the access management UI for the teamers you want to roll the feature out to. The database schema is designed so that backoffice staff users can be added as record owners later without a migration — that path is not in the user interface yet.
The feature is available immediately and must be enabled by our support
